EastWest Ageas has tapped Judith Baliton, an insurance industry leader with over 40 years of experience across commercial operations, new business, claims, and underwriting, as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Having worked in the insurance industry at a young age, Judith steadily rose through the ranks, taking on key leadership positions across the industry. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Underwriter at Manulife Philippines before spending a decade as Chief Life Operations Officer at FWD Life Insurance.


Judith’s leadership philosophy centers on balance and transparency. She believes in setting clear expectations while helping teams understand how their work contributes to the organization’s broader goals.
