One number, nationwide! With the new unified E911 system, Filipinos now have faster and smarter emergency response for police, fire, medical, or disaster help.
No more confusion with multiple hotlines. Just dial 911 and get the help you need in minutes.
Filipinos now have one trusted number to call for help: 911. With the rollout of the Unified 911 system, emergency response across the country just became faster, smarter, and more reliable.
Instead of dealing with multiple local hotlines, Filipinos can now dial 911 from anywhere in the Philippines to connect instantly with police, fire, medical, or disaster response. Calls can be traced in seconds, while responders can be dispatched within three to five minutes thanks to GPS-based location tracking.

This joint initiative of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), PLDT Inc., ePLDT, NGCS Inc., and NGA 911 Philippines brings to the country next-generation emergency technology already used in the United States and Europe.

The system allows not just calls but also voice, text, and video communication with responders, giving real-time data that improves decision-making during emergencies. It also integrates the PNP, BFP, and LGU responders into one centralized network, ensuring a more coordinated response.
Don Ferguson, Co-Founder and CEO of NGA 911 LLC, said the system “will help the DILG save more lives and empower more communities now that all systems have been unified into one nationwide system. The technology is a true cloud-based NG 9-1-1 solution operating on the Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Platform and uses a robust and resilient Internet Protocol (IP) backbone that has replaced the decades-old 911 infrastructure to turn emergency communication into Next Generation 911.”
Launched on September 11 under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Bagong Pilipinas directive, DILG Secretary Juanito Victor "Jonvic" Remulla emphasized that the system integrates about 30 fragmented hotlines into one universal number: 911.
Robert Llaguno, NGA 911 Philippines Country Manager, also shared: “We have been entrusted to build the 911 mission-critical systems and communication facilities that will help save lives, protect property, and unify our first responder communications. This partnership is aiming for nothing short of unparalleled service, and this is my commitment to my family and the Filipino people.”
This is a game changer because for ordinary Filipinos it means less confusion in emergencies, faster rescue times, and greater peace of mind knowing that one reliable number, 911, can quickly connect you to help when you need it most.
