How to avail the free JBL Bluetooth Headset

To avail of the free JBL Bluetooth Headset, customers simply need to fill up the Promo Claim form and submit the following: a copy of the original proof of purchase (e.g. Sales Invoice, Official Receipt), a copy of two (2) government issued IDs, and the cut out of the serial number from the Lenovo computer box. Upon submission of the requirements, the retail store will provide the headset.
