Careers: 2 Tech Support Needed to start ASAP

Our partner is looking for the following to start immediately:

1 Dispatch Tech
- to answer inbound calls, create tickets and dispatch to appropriate queue and do basic TS
- should have very good communication skills and technical background

1 Level 2 Tech
- should have Microsoft and Windows server, Cisco, Networking and infrastructure support, active directory and exchange experience
- we prefer those with Microsoft certifications
