Muntinlupa broadens financial assistance access for scholars with GCash Visa Card

🎓💳 Getting educational and social assistance in Muntinlupa just got more flexible. The city government and GCash have expanded their partnership to give scholars and beneficiaries more ways to access financial support, including the GCash Card alongside digital disbursements. The first batch was already distributed to 180 Colegio de Muntinlupa scholars in August 2026.

With the card, beneficiaries can withdraw cash or pay at card terminals, giving students another convenient option for using their assistance.
