PSA, Pilipinas Teleserv, GCash launch first in-app PSAHelpline service, making PSA documents easier to request via GCash

Getting essential documents just became easier for Filipinos. The new PSAHelpline Mini App inside the GCash now allows users to request civil registry documents directly from their phones, from placing the request to paying and choosing delivery options.

Through the partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority and Pilipinas Teleserv, users can request birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as CENOMAR and CENODEATH, with the option for e-copy or home delivery. The integration brings faster and more convenient access to government services through a platform millions already use daily.
