PLDT, Smart open first-ever co-located store in Tacloban City

Customers in Tacloban City now have a new, more convenient place to access connectivity services. PLDT and Smart Communications have opened their first-ever co-located store in the city, bringing home and mobile services together in one location.

Located at Robinsons Place Tacloban, the new store allows customers to handle fiber applications, mobile concerns, and technical inquiries in a single visit. Here is how the new retail hub aims to make connectivity services faster and more accessible for the Tacloban community.

PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) have officially opened their newest, and first-ever co-located store at Level 1, Annex Building, Robinsons Place Tacloban, Marasbaras. This facility is now fully operational to serve customers in Tacloban City and its surrounding areas.

As a unified touchpoint for both home and mobile services, the store allows customers to complete transactions in fewer steps. The co-location model streamlines various processes, including Fiber applications, mobile service requirements, and technical inquiries.
