Cerebro, an edtech company, is currently focused on reaching a new milestone of signatures for their petition aimed at improving the working conditions and resources available to Filipino teachers. In the spirit of empowerment and support, Cerebro encourages the public to join their advocacy for educators' well-being.

Despite the ongoing activities of the season, Cerebro remains dedicated to its mission of empowering educators by addressing issues such as optimal working conditions, resources, and overall support for both their personal success and the success of their students.

Cerebro's data reveals that Filipino teachers invest a minimum of 400 extra hours annually beyond their regular work hours, leading to persistent challenges affecting their well-being and their ability to provide quality education. In this context, Cerebro invites parents, teachers, students, and the public to participate in their campaign by signing the petition. This collective effort aims to promote the support and improvement of teachers' working conditions and resources, contributing to positive changes in the educational system.

Given that at least 70% of teachers worldwide experience feelings of being overworked and encounter mental health challenges, advocating for optimal working conditions and resources for educators is particularly significant. Cerebro's learning management system and digital content library services strive to simplify teachers' lives, enabling them to regain valuable time for personal and social activities, especially during this time focused on family and reunions.

Justine Itugot, Founder and CEO of Cerebro, said, “As we celebrate this season of giving, do consider signing the petition to empower Filipino teachers. The petition is a powerful gift to demonstrate widespread support for change, which will be presented to relevant stakeholders, policymakers, and educational institutions. By championing this cause, we can ensure a brighter educational journey for every student and unlock the fuller potential of our country.”
