DMCI Homes launches interactive website for best customer experience

True to its commitment of ensuring the best customer experience, premier Quadruple A real estate developer DMCI Homes has launched a redesigned corporate website that allows users to navigate the platform with ease and efficiency.

Unveiled late March, the new website offers a quick and seamless access to essential information and features aimed to address the needs and concerns of both property hunters and unit owners.

“More than having a fresh feel and interactive design, the new website is structured to help our audience easily access pertinent information they need from DMCI Homes," said Assistant Vice President for Marketing Jan Venturanza.

The revamped comes with enhanced tools and intuitive search functions for a more engaging user experience.

These features include a virtually live unit availability summary which gives users an idea on the current available units.

Geography-based targeting campaigns, meanwhile, show properties to visitors based on their preferred or current location. Additionally, users will now be able to select a specific location from the map and the website in turn will suggest properties near that location.

Likewise, the Compare Properties feature has been further enhanced by allowing users to compare available units so they can choose the one that is the best fit for their needs.

Aside from these features, visitors can also scour through a wide array of useful content that include comprehensive details of new and existing properties, upcoming projects, construction updates, corporate programs, community events, unit owner testimonials, and company news.

"We are pleased to share our improved website as we continue to enhance the quality of our services to our customers by harnessing the capabilities of information technology," Venturanza said.

The website is also linked with the company's Leasing and DMCI Communities websites to make it an even better resource for DMCI Homes customers.
