LEED pre-certified silver JEG Tower set to rise in Cebu

JEG Development Corporation (JDC) breaks ground of its LEED pre-certified JEG Tower, a cutting-edge Grade A office and retail building set to rise in Cebu. 

The resource efficient 22-story structure has a pre-certified Silver rating from the US Green Building Council (USGBC) under the Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design-Core and Shell (LEED-CS) program. The project is a collaboration between JDC One Acacia Corporation, KMC Savills, Arcadis Philippines, and Casas + Architects and is set to be turned over by the first quarter of 2020.
