PLDT partners with Sta. Lucia Land for high-speed fiber connections

PLDT has signed a strategic partnership agreement with one of the country’s premier real estate companies Sta. Lucia Land to equip the latter’s vertical projects with the latest Enterprise and Home solutions such as high-speed broadband connection via PLDT’s fiber technology, customized products and services for the offices and commercial establishments, and other value-added services.


The partnership also entails value-added services from PLDT which include a dedicated key account manager and priority technical support.

With PLDT, existing and upcoming projects of Sta. Lucia such as malls, office buildings and condominiums are future-proof.  We shall ensure that a specific building is equipped in terms of fixed and/or wireless facilities to meet the multimedia and digital requirements of its tenants, customers and/or residents

Among the Sta. Lucia residences that will be served by PLDT fiber facility are the Santorini Tower, located in the eastern part of Metro Manila – straddling the cities of Pasig, Marikina, Antipolo, and the town of Cainta; the Arterra Residences in Mactan, Cebu; the Sotogrande in Davao; and the Splendido Taal Towers in Batangas.
