November 30, 2014 ECS reveals the smallest desktop computer yet to hit the Philippine market. For ₱8,000.00 you can now have a portable-sized desktop computer of your own.
During the Launch at Café 1771, El Pueblo, Ortigas. ECS Elitegroup Philippines officially unveils ECS LIVA Mini-PC. This Mini-PC from ECS can run Windows 8.1 operating and system and can do the almost anything you can do on a regular PC or laptop.
According to May Chuang(ECS Global Channel Marketing), the Mini PC Kit from ECS is so power-efficient that it can run even on a power bank. Who does that? Yes, this is no longer a concept design, as the LIVA Mini PC Kit is set to change the norm of desktop computing. Let see how the market will respond to this. Will this start a battle for Mini-PCs?
Stocks are expected to be available locally December 6 onward. Again, for the price of ₱8,000.00 you can connect this Mini-PC to any computer monitor that has a VGA port. TVs who are already taking advantage of HDMI connection can also serve as a monitor. If you have a projector that has VGA/HDMI port should be supported as well.
