Imagine the sites that you can surf even without subscribing to an internet plan! Simply text 9999 using your active prepaid Smart, Talk'N Text and Sun Cellular.

This was announced earlier and this became nationwide phenomenon as it trend on the internet. A few days ago, September 24, 2014 he made this bold teasing tweet about his upcoming announcement. But no one really knew about this big reveal.

• messaging app such Viber, WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, etc.
